AMRAP Gymnastics Slam BallAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Alternating Pistols
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 alternating pistols. If unable to perform handstand push-ups, scale to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses. Scale toes-to-bar to knees-to-chest or hanging knee raises if needed. And scale pistols to assisted pistols or air squats. Focus on maintaining good form and consistent movement throughout the workout.
