  • 25 Box Jumps (24/20")

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to hand-release push-ups if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises if needed.
- Adjust box height as necessary.
- Push hard on the row to maximize rounds completed.
