  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Pistols (alternating legs)
  • 10 Strict Pull-ups

Instructions:
- Complete the reps for each movement before moving on to the next.
- Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
