EMOM Gymnastics BoxEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- Even minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
Instructions: Perform 5 strict handstand push-ups at the start of each odd minute, then on the even minutes complete 10 toes-to-bar. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the rep scheme as needed to maintain quality movement throughout the workout.
