  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Toes-to-Bar

Instructions: Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes) of each movement, alternating between Dumbbell Thrusters and Toes-to-Bar. Aim to complete as many reps as possible in each 20 second work interval. Rest 1 minute between movements.

Score: Total reps completed for both movements combined
