  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 minutes:</strong><br>
- 5 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans<br>
- 5 Dumbbell Push Press<br>
- 5 Dumbbell Front Squats</p><br><p><strong>Dumbbell Weight:</strong> Pick a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire EMOM.<br>
<strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. The goal is to complete each round unbroken and maintain the same pace throughout the workout. Adjust the weight as needed to achieve this.</p>
