EMOM Gymnastics BarbellEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
Instructions: Perform 5 handstand push-ups and 10 toes-to-bar at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. If you fail to complete the reps within the minute, rest the next minute and continue with the next round. Adjust the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
Equipment:
- Barbell
Notes: Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout and push yourself to keep up with the EMOM format. Adjust the difficulty of the movements if needed to ensure you can complete the reps within each minute.
