- Odd Minutes: 10 Wall Balls
- Even Minutes: 5 Toes-to-Bar
Equipment: Wall Ball
Instructions:
Perform 10 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute and 5 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each even minute. If you fail to complete the required reps within the minute, rest for the remainder of that minute and continue with the next movement in the following minute.
