EMOM Gymnastics Stationary BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15 Toes-to-Bar
- Even minutes: 12 Handstand Push-ups

- Stationary Bike
Instructions:
Perform 15 Toes-to-Bar at the start of every odd minute and 12 Handstand Push-ups at the start of every even minute for a total of 20 minutes. Make sure to pace yourself to maintain consistent reps throughout the workout.
