EMOM Gymnastics Assault BikeEMOM for 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 GHD Sit-ups
Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for 15 minutes straight. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you finish the reps before the next minute starts.
Equipment: GHD Sit-up bench, pull-up bar
Notes: Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on quality movement patterns and push yourself to complete each round within the minute.
