AMRAP Gymnastics Rope

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols
  • 25 Double-unders
  • 30-second L-sit hold

Instructions:
- Each round consists of completing all movements in order.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Keep a steady pace to maximize rounds completed in the 20-minute time frame.
