For Time Gymnastics KettlebellFor Time:
- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20")
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)
Equipment:
- Kettlebell (choose weight based on individual ability)
- Box (24/20")
- Pull-up bar
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout.
