For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

Equipment:
- Kettlebell (choose weight based on individual ability)
- Box (24/20")
- Pull-up bar


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
