</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform as many peg board climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Immediately switch to deadlifts and perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of total reps completed for each movement.</p>
