  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

- Medicine Ball
- Box


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
