  • 10 Muscle-ups

  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Focus on pacing yourself to maintain consistency throughout the workout.
