Tabata Gymnastics Rower

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Pull-Ups
    2. Handstand Push-Ups
    3. Toes-to-Bar
    4. Ring Dips

Equipment:
- Rower


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total, alternating between the four movements. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
