EMOM Gymnastics Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • Even Minutes: 15 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder

Instructions: Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute, then complete 15 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder during each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute before starting the next set. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
