EMOM Gymnastics Assault BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Double Unders
Instructions:
- Complete the prescribed reps of each movement within the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique, especially as fatigue sets in.
- Push yourself to keep moving and challenge your gymnastics skills.
