  • 50 Toes-to-Bar
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Bar Muscle-ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and quality of movement. Focus on proper form and technique throughout the workout to prevent injury.
