AMRAP Gymnastics Kettlebell

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Kettlebell Swings
- 20 Toes-to-Bar


Equipment:
- 1 Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 kettlebell swings, and 20 toes-to-bar. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Good luck!
