Chipper Gymnastics Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 50 Pull-Ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)

Equipment: Resistance Band for assisted pull-ups if needed
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
