Chipper Gymnastics Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Pull-Ups
- 40 Handstand Push-Ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Ring Muscle-Ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)
Equipment: Resistance Band for assisted pull-ups if needed
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
