  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 250m Row

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee tucks if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick transitions and maintains intensity throughout the workout.
