AMRAP Gymnastics Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Alternating Pistols
- 25 Double Unders


Equipment:
- Resistance Band for scaling options


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the prescribed gymnastics movements. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Good luck!
