  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10 ft increments)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Ensure you have proper handstand push-up and ring muscle-up technique to avoid injury. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
