AMRAP Gymnastics Rig

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Strict Pull-ups
- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Toes to Bar
- 25 Air Squats


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout. Rest as needed, but keep moving to accumulate as many reps as possible within the time cap.
