Rounds-for-Time Gymnastics Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10 feet each)

Equipment: Resistance Band for pull-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Rest as needed between sets to ensure quality of movement. Be mindful of your grip and hand placement during the gymnastics movements to prevent any injuries.
