EMOM Gymnastics Medicine Ball

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
  • 20 Double-Unders

Instructions: Perform the designated reps of each movement at the start of every minute, resting for the remainder of the minute. Rotate through the movements for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
