EMOM Gymnastics Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • Even Minutes: 15 Slam Balls

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Notes:
Athletes will alternate between performing 10 Toes-to-Bar and 15 Slam Balls every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. This workout will challenge both core strength and conditioning. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.
