  • 50 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Dumbbell Box Step Overs
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
