- 2) Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
Equipment:
- Rower
- Barbell
Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between rowing for calories and sumo deadlift high pulls. Score is total calories rowed and total reps of sumo deadlift high pulls combined. Adjust weight on the barbell as needed.
