- Air Squats
Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort on the SkiErg, focusing on building strength in the legs and back.
- Rest for 10 seconds before moving to the air squats, aiming for as many reps as possible in 20 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each movement.
- Rest for 1 minute between switching movements.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round for a total of 16 minutes.
