AMRAP Cardio Rig

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 400m Run
- 20 Wall Balls
- 15 Box Jumps
- 10 Toes-to-Bar


Notes:
- Scale run distance if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Choose a challenging wall ball weight that allows for unbroken sets initially.
- Scale box jump height as needed for safety and efficiency.
- Modify toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if necessary.
