Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
- 10 Calorie Row
- 10 Burpees


Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions: Perform 10 calories on the rower and 10 burpees at the start of each minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
