<li>Odd Minutes: 15 Wall Balls</li>
<li>Even Minutes: 10 Burpees</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> Medicine Ball</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 15 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Perform 10 Burpees at the start of each even minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity.</p>
