EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15 Slam Balls
  • Even minutes: 20 Double unders

Equipment: Slam Ball


Instructions: Perform 15 Slam Balls at the start of each odd minute and then complete 20 Double unders before the next minute starts. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.


Notes: Focus on maintaining a steady pace throughout the EMOM to challenge your endurance and coordination. Adjust the reps as needed to ensure you can complete each round within the minute.
