EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 10 Wall Balls
  • Minute 2: 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • Minute 3: 15 Double Unders
  • Minute 4: Rest

Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions: Perform the designated movement at the start of each minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Focus on quality movement and technique throughout the workout. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity and form.
