Tabata Gymnastics Wall Ball

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
    • Wall Balls
    • Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort wall balls and 20 seconds of handstand push-ups, with 10 seconds of rest in between each movement.
- Complete 8 rounds total (4 rounds of each movement).
- Score is total reps completed throughout the workout.
