EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Slam Balls
- Even Minutes: 30 Double Unders


Equipment:
- Slam Ball (#20 for men, #14 for women)


Notes:
- This workout focuses on both power and coordination, with the alternating movements challenging athletes to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.
- Adjust the reps as needed to ensure athletes are able to complete each set within the minute.
