  • 50 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jump Overs
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Scale handstand push-ups to hand-release push-ups if needed. Scale muscle-ups to chest-to-bar pull-ups and ring dips.
