EMOM Gymnastics Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 10 Pull-ups
  • Minute 2: 15 Air Squats
  • Minute 3: 10 Push-ups
  • Minute 4: 15 Band Pull-Aparts

Equipment: Resistance Band
Instructions: Perform each movement at a high intensity within the minute, resting the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
