EMOM Gymnastics Resistance BandEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Pull-ups
- Minute 2: 15 Air Squats
- Minute 3: 10 Push-ups
- Minute 4: 15 Band Pull-Aparts
Equipment: Resistance Band
Instructions: Perform each movement at a high intensity within the minute, resting the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
