AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 15 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 20 Dumbbell Deadlifts

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to switch arms for the dumbbell snatches each rep. Keep a steady pace and focus on form to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
