Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):
- GHD Sit-ups
- GHD Hip Extensions


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible within the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Alternate between GHD Sit-ups and GHD Hip Extensions for a total of 8 rounds each.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging your core throughout the workout.
