<li>Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)</li>

Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between SkiErg calories and Deadlifts. Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined. </p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong><br>
Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout all 8 rounds. Push hard on the SkiErg to accumulate as many calories as possible during the work intervals.</p>
