Tabata Cardio Kettlebell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for each of the following exercises:
    1. Kettlebell Swings
    2. Burpees
    3. Kettlebell Goblet Squats
    4. Mountain Climbers

Equipment:
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds at maximum effort, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the four exercises. Aim to keep a consistent effort level throughout each round.
