Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off on the stationary bike


Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level
- Push yourself to sprint during the 20-second intervals
- Rest during the 10-second intervals to catch your breath
- Aim to maintain a consistent pace throughout all 8 rounds
