  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Assault Bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Set up an Assault Bike and perform max effort sprints for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score total calories burned on the Assault Bike.
- Push yourself to go all out during the work intervals and recover during the rest intervals.
