  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 10 Burpees
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Russian Twists with Medicine Ball

Medicine Ball Weight: 20/14 lbs


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Keep a steady pace on the runs to maximize rounds completed. Push yourself on the wall balls and burpees but maintain good form throughout the workout.
