Tabata Cardio Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Jump Rope
    2. Burpees

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement (16 rounds total).
- Alternate between Jump Rope and Burpees for each round.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
