- Odd minutes: 15/12 Calorie Bike
- Even minutes: 15 Burpees
Instructions:
- Alternate between biking and doing burpees every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes.
- Push yourself to complete each set within the minute to allow for rest before the next round.
- Scale the calorie count or burpee reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
