EMOM Cardio BenchEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Bench Press
- 15 Box Jumps
- 20 Double Unders

- Jump Rope
Instructions:
Perform the prescribed reps of Bench Press, Box Jumps, and Double Unders every minute on the minute for 20 minutes. Rest the remainder of each minute before starting the next round. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
